Community Improvement: Being on the board allows you to actively contribute to the improvement and maintenance of the community, making it a better place for everyone. | ||
Protect Property Values: By actively participating in the decision-making process, you can help implement rules that protect property values, ensuring a positive impact on homeowner’s investments. | ||
Financial Oversight: You will have a say in the budgeting process and financial decisions, ensuring responsible fiscal management for the community. | ||
Community Advocacy: Board members can advocate for the community’s needs and concerns, ensuring that the interests of homeowners are adequately represented. | ||
Time Commitment: A Trustee serves a 3 year term. You are asked to attend a monthly Board meeting held by Google Meet and attend the Annual Homeowners Meeting. Administrative and Financial responsibilities are delegated to Sterling Management. | ||
