| Financial Oversight: You will have a say in the budgeting process and financial decisions, ensuring responsible fiscal management for the community. | ||

| Time Commitment: A Trustee serves a 3 year term. You are asked to attend a monthly Board meeting held by Google Meet and attend the Annual Homeowners Meeting. Administrative and Financial responsibilities are delegated to Sterling Management. | ||
