Community Improvement:  Being on the board allows you to actively contribute to the improvement and maintenance of the community, making it a better place for everyone.
Protect Property Values:  By actively participating in the decision-making process, you can help implement rules that protect property values, ensuring a positive impact on homeowner’s investments.
Financial Oversight:  You will have a say in the budgeting process and financial decisions, ensuring responsible fiscal management for the community.
Community Advocacy:  Board members can advocate for the community’s needs and concerns, ensuring that the interests of homeowners are adequately represented.
Time Commitment:  A Trustee serves a 3 year term.  You are asked to attend a monthly Board meeting held by Google Meet and attend the Annual Homeowners Meeting.  Administrative and Financial responsibilities are delegated to Sterling Management.
Share Your Expertise
The Trustees would like to turn to Homeowners who could give them guidance when needed.  To accomplish this, we are developing a list of people willing to share their expertise.
The list below are some of the areas that could be considered.  If you are willing to be available to the Trustees should the need arise, please provide your contact information to them.
