Retention Basin which backs up to TreeTop Condominium Property

Westbrooke Homeowners Association (HOA) is responsible for maintaining in good condition the stormwater retention basin on its property between Fishpot Creek and TreeTop Condominiums.  Maintenance means that the basin is structurally sound, there are no foul odors, it drains properly during rains, and that the amount of water it holds is similar to that when originally constructed.  The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District (MSD) is responsible for inspecting all such basins to verify they are in good condition.
